Edie Hector, 92, has volunteered as an office worker at DeKalb Health Services in Maysville, MO since 1993. The staff at the busy clinic has nicknamed her "The Hug Doctor." Edie says Dr. Fred Kiehl (pictured below) and those who work with her are her family, she even comes in on her day off to take care of the mail.

Ashley Mitchell carries her daughter Arlivia White into the girls locker room to stretch with the Northwest Missouri State Volleyball team after a game at Bearcat Arena in Maryville, MO. Ashley took a year off from playing volleyball because she got pregnant. Now she's back as a starting hitter, and trying to balance college, motherhood, and volleyball.

Tommy Hoffman, diagnosed with mild mental retardation, rides the exercise bike outside United Cerebral Palsy in St. Joseph, MO. Tommy has an affinity for game show trivia, and is being given a trip to California to attend tapings of Wheel of Fortune and The Price is Right.
