A dual horse drawn stagecoach, wearing the Double JJ name and logo, got a lot of attention outside the sight of the Public Auction at the Double JJ Ranch in Rothbury October 30th. All the personal property at the ranch was sold to one bidder for $150,000, all deals are still yet to be approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Grand Rapids.

The Oak Ridge Eagle, portrayed by Honi Buchner, sits during the half-time show at Oak Ridge High School while Cassidy Dove, 8 crouches above her after asking Honi if she could touch the Eagle's head.
Chris Mitchell and Aleesia Mitchell hug Chris's mother Lillian Ward, resident of 1445 Wood Creek Avenue, Ms. Parker's upstairs apartment caught fire Sunday afternoon, the fire started in the kitchen, no one was injured.

MaKalah Wallace, 6 is buried in leaves by her brother Anthony Wallace II, 3. Their mother Shawna Wallace says after having "helped" rake the leaves earlier in the day, the kids came home from a trip with their family and immediately jumped in.

Corey Huebler, 6, of Jill Kubicek's First Grade class at Shoreline Elementary in Whitehall stands on the oversized National Geographic map of North America and searches for California while her classmates wait behind her.
Volunteers from Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry load a pallet of shave gel and other various items from the Second Harvest Gleaners Food Depot at Hope Lighthouse Ministries in downtown Muskegon. Food is brought in from Grand Rapids to between 17-25 local agencies twice a month.
Gerald Malburg of G.L. Malburg Farms in Hart stands with a small pile of about 10 tons of Sugar Beets harvested early in the morning, Gerry says about 90% of his Sugar Beet crop, 2,500 tons, which are bred and raised specifically for animal consumption, will go to waste due to the ban on Deer Baiting.
Construction is being done on the existing portion of the Loutit District Library in Grand Haven, and a new addition is being built on by Triangle Construction.
